Parker Plumbing Heating Cooling & Electric is a family-owned, insured plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and electric contractor based at 1905 Drake Drive, Newburgh, NY 12550, serving Newburgh and the surrounding Hudson Valley.

Program name: Parker Plumbing Account Notifications.
Parker Plumbing Heating Cooling & Electric operates an internal SMS workflow that sends automated transactional account notifications from our business systems to the authorized account holder. Messages cover events such as estimate generation, invoice generation, customer-payment status, and similar operational triggers. These messages originate from an automated application, not from a person, and are not used to message customers for marketing or promotional purposes.
Eligible recipients. SMS through this workflow is for the business owner and explicitly authorized internal staff only. Customers do not receive SMS through this workflow.
Consent. Authorized internal users provide consent by registering their phone number with the business owner and agreeing in writing or in person to receive operational notifications. There is no public sign-up form for this workflow; it is not available to the general public.
Message frequency. Messages are sent on demand — only when an authorized user initiates a workflow (for example, by texting a command to the system) or when the system has an operational event to acknowledge or report. Frequency varies with business activity.
Costs. Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier's plan. Parker Plumbing Heating Cooling & Electric does not charge you for the messages themselves.
